Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing or adopting a mini highland calf from Cute Mini Highland Calves. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new companion. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Purchase of Calves
- Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on purchased calves, except in cases of serious health issues as outlined below.
2. Health Guarantee
- We guarantee that all calves are healthy at the time of sale, as certified by a licensed veterinarian. A health certificate will be provided at the time of purchase.
- If, within 48 hours of purchase, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the calf with a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed at the time of sale, you must notify us immediately. We may require a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.
- In such cases, we may offer a replacement calf of equal value, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a partial refund to cover veterinary expenses, up to the original purchase price of the calf.
- This health guarantee does not cover conditions that are common in calves and are easily treatable, such as minor respiratory infections or parasites.
3. Adoption of Calves
- Adoption fees are non-refundable. Once an adoption is finalized, we do not offer refunds or returns.
- If, for any reason, you are unable to care for the adopted calf, you must contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable new home for the calf.
- We reserve the right to reclaim the adopted calf if we determine that it is not being properly cared for.
4. Transportation
- We are not responsible for any injury or loss that may occur during transportation of the calf.
- It is the buyer’s or adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the transportation arrangements are safe and appropriate for the calf.
5. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel a purchase or adoption before the calf has been transported, you must notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and the cost of caring for the calf while we find a new buyer or adopter.
6. Exceptions
- We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
